The luncheon was a great celebration of the lifelong commitment to community service of our “Sages over 60." We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our incredible honorees, sponsors, guests, partners, and supporters for making our Sage Awards the most successful one ever!
For those of you who were not able to attend or didn’t have an opportunity to make a donation in honor of the awardees, it’s not too late! Awardees will be notified of all donations made in their honor.

Elizabeth Jacobs Distinguished Service Award
The annual Elizabeth Jacobs Distinguished Service Award was established to recognize a volunteer or collective group of volunteers who have given selflessly their time, talents, resources, and abilities in furthering the mission of AgeWell Middle Tennessee. This award is named in memory of AgeWell’s founder, Elizabeth Jacobs, a well-known and respected community volunteer.
