March 2026 Newsletter
Can you believe it's March? While we are very excited about warmer weather and longer days (anyone else?), we also cannot believe how quickly February went by. AgeWell Middle Tennessee has been busy, visiting the capital to participate in the Caring for Caregivers Day alongside AARP Tennessee, as well as speaking at HCA to volunteer employees and sharing about our complimentary Eldercare Coach Consultations for anyone taking care of an aging loved one.
We've also been meeting with Davidson County residents 50 and older, giving them a benefits check-up in partnership with our RESET partners. Make sure you check out our RESET Impact Report to see how many community members we've already helped. Did you know the average financial benefit per RESET client is $884?
Please read below to see what events we have coming up in March, plus info about RESET, Eldercare Coach and the Directory of Services. Thank you for your support!
We could not do any of this without you.

As a caregiver, it's important to carve out time to recharge. Taking care of your mind, body, and spirit is the most important thing you can do on your caregiving journey, both for yourself and the person you are caring for.
Eldercare Coach, powered by AgeWell, provides coaching sessions to not only discuss resources and education but to also provide support to the caregiver. Having someone to listen and provide validation can help a lot. Caregivers can learn more and sign up for a 30-minute Eldercare Coach phone consultation at eldercarecoach.org or by calling our Helpline at (615) 353-4235.
If you are an employer, Eldercare Coach is a great way to show your caregiving employees support. Reach out today to learn more. Contact Tiffany Mann at tcloud-mann@agewelltn.org or 615-353-4235.
