Do you help an aging adult with:
Grocery shopping
Planning or preparing meals
Getting to appointments or running errands
Daily activities like dressing or bathing
Talking with the doctor or picking up medications
If so, you are a caregiver.
At AgeWell, we honor the vital role family caregivers play every day. Caregivers are daughters and sons, spouses, grandchildren, partners, friends—and often, most of us will step into this role at some point.
We see the long hours, the emotional and physical demands, and the sacrifices you make. Thank you for your compassion, your dedication, and the countless ways you support the people you love. We appreciate you.
Need guidance or support on your caregiving journey? Eldercare Coach can help you navigate resources, plan care, and manage the challenges of supporting an aging loved one. Learn more at eldercarecoach.org.

Thank you for making the 2025 Sage Awards the most successful in AgeWell’s 40-year history! As we celebrate four decades of serving older adults and their caregivers, we are laying the foundation for the next 40 years. You made this possible.
Thank you for your generosity! Together we raised $120,900, enough to serve thousands of older adults and family caregivers across Middle Tennessee. That’s $20,900 beyond our original goal of $100,000 — proof of what this community can do when we come together.
Take a look at the 40th Anniversary video, which we shared at the Sage Awards.
This holiday season, we’re honored to highlight several local community partners spreading cheer through “Adopt a Senior” programs — connecting caring community members with older adults who could use a little extra joy. Explore ways to make a difference and help brighten the holidays for older adults right here in Middle Tennessee.

Your Gift Creates Real Change.
Real Relief. Real Hope.
For forty years, we've been showing up, creating solutions for the unmet needs of older adults in Middle Tennessee. Not because it's glamorous work, but because it's necessary. Because we all deserve to age with dignity.
And because donors like you make it possible.
Will you give $64, $128, $320, or whatever amount feels right before December 31?
Here's exactly what your gift will create:
$64
connects three older adults to life-changing resources through our Helpline and RESET benefit screening. Three people who might otherwise go without heat, food, or medicine.
$128
connects six family caregivers to expert guidance through our Helpline, where they’re scheduled for an Eldercare Coach Consultation. Six caregivers who no longer have to face the journey alone.
$320
connects fifteen older adults in Middle Tennessee to vital community resources through our Helpline and Directory of Services. Fifteen older adults who have the roadmap to resources all in one place, mailed to their home.
